Today we met after our first class and went into town to investigate our options for decorations. We found everything that we would need and we think we are able to budget in everything.
There has been a few changes to the menu and the pricing and we will upload a picture of the menu when we have completed the final copy.
We have also decided on a drink special and we will also upload a picture of this.
Great that you have done some investigating into the options for decorations, you will be able to formalise your ideas more as the time gets closer. From the questions I have asked in class you are starting to get into the details of requirements for each day, then it will develop into requirements for each hour and who will be doing what during the conference and the event.
