Today we went into town to get our decorations and order flowers and balloons. We were able to get everything for well under budget so we have a little bit more money to work with because we may need to order more flowers if we have more guests. We have a pretty solid idea on how we want to decorate and theme the venue.
We are meeting again on Tuesday to go over final plans and visit the venue.

From our discussion about your plans for the evening, I can see that you have some clear ideas and a good vision for what you are planning. I like the idea of the guns and roses and the photos (maybe in black and white). We can do a run through on Tuesday afternoon in the restaurant to finalize your cocktails and plans.
